Your website, plus focused work on how your practice appears in search, AI answers, and professional profiles.

  • Initial review of up to three agreed professional profiles, including an eligible Business Profile where relevant
  • Up to two additional hours each month for AISO, profile corrections, content improvements, and visibility checks
  • A defined sample of AI answers checked for mentions and accuracy within that allowance
  • A monthly summary of completed work, findings, and next steps

The design call is the first working session: your brief, reference sites, the licence details for the disclosure block, photos, fees, and who the practice is not for.

Fifteen minutes to work out whether this service fits your practice. Nothing to prepare and nothing to pay.

Prices in USD. Domain registration, email, paid directories, booking subscriptions, and other third-party fees are separate. We agree on the work allowance, monitoring sample, and priorities before starting.

How does ongoing visibility work?

We choose the most useful work for your practice. That may mean correcting a directory profile, improving a service page, or reviewing sampled AI answers. The allowance covers investigation, implementation, and reporting. We document the work and observations; search placement and referrals are not guaranteed.

Can I request updates by email?

Yes. Send routine copy or content changes by email within your care allowance. Automatic publication within minutes is a planned feature. Changes to clinical statements, credentials, fees, or insurance information need your approval.

What if my practice needs more?

Group practices, additional pages, bespoke design, substantial content production, video, and custom automations receive a separate proposal. We define the scope and price before work begins.

What stays mine?

Your domain, content, brand assets, and third-party accounts remain yours. The website runs on our managed platform. Transfer and export options, cancellation terms, and additional work are documented in your agreement.
