AI visibility monitoring tracks mentions and links to your practice across an agreed set of therapist-search questions and selected AI platforms. Repeated checks show consistency, factual accuracy, and changes over time. Each report identifies the questions, platforms, and dates sampled.
We track search exposure, visits and suitable inquiries separately. An AI mention alone doesn’t tell us whether someone became a client.
We report what the evidence supports and where it is limited. Marketing reports don’t need client names, diagnoses or clinical records.

Which platforms do you review?
We agree a relevant set for your practice. It may include Google search and local results, directories, ChatGPT and Google’s AI experiences. We revisit the selection as we learn.
How much will you need from me?
A starting conversation about your practice, then a short monthly discussion and review of proposed changes. You confirm the facts and clinical wording. After the first three months, we review the direction together.
Will I need to keep writing blog posts?
No. We choose work for a useful reason, not a publishing quota. Improving an existing page or correcting a profile may do more than adding new content.
Can you make AI recommend my practice?
No. Platforms and answers change, and we cannot control their recommendations. We are accountable for the investigation, agreed improvements and clear reporting.
What does ongoing AI Visibility cost?
Website & Visibility is $349/month, plus the $499 one-time website design fee. It includes website care and up to two additional hours of monthly visibility work. Initial 12-month commitment. Larger scopes receive a separate proposal. Compare plans and inclusions.
