Terms

These are the terms for Therapy Visibility websites and monthly services, written in plain language. Your signed agreement carries the full version.

The design fee

The design fee is $499, paid once through Stripe when you start. It covers the design and build of a five-page website: an agreed design direction, refinement of your supplied copy, and two revision rounds.

Full refund any time before we start building. After you approve a direction, the fee is earned.

Building starts after the design call, once you have approved a design direction. To ask for a refund before that point, reply to your payment receipt. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.

The design call

Paying the fee books a 30-minute design call. It is the first working session: your brief, reference sites, the licence details for the disclosure block, photos, fees, and who the practice is not for. If a design direction is not approved in that call, we continue by email until one is.

The fit call

The 15-minute fit call is free. It is for working out whether this service fits your practice. It books nothing and commits you to nothing.

Monthly plans

The monthly plan is agreed at launch, not at checkout. Website & Care is $149 a month. Website & Visibility is $349 a month. Both run on an initial 12-month term and include hosting and routine website care. What each plan includes is listed on the pricing page.

Third-party costs

Domain registration, email, paid directories, booking subscriptions and other third-party fees are separate and paid by you.

What stays yours

Your domain, content, brand assets and third-party accounts remain yours. The website runs on our managed platform. Transfer and export options are documented in your agreement.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers are entered on Stripe's page and never reach us.

Your responsibility as a licensee

A therapist's website is an advertisement under your board's rules, and you remain responsible for it. We build the disclosure block, the fees and the claims on the site from what you tell us, and we ask you to confirm them before launch.
