I’m a designer, software builder and clinical mental health counselor in training, based in San Diego, and my earlier career was in global health policy. I design and build every Therapy Visibility site myself, and I’m the person you talk to from the first call to the monthly updates.
Counseling training teaches you what happens once someone decides to reach out. This work is about the step before: whether that person can find your fees, see your license details and get in touch without a form that asks for more than it should. Those are the things I check first.
How I work
You work with me directly. There’s no account manager and no handoff to someone you haven’t met.
I use AI, and I say so. AI models help me draft copy and check the work. I edit every draft, and nothing goes public until you’ve approved it.
I build to the rules your field has. Therapy websites answer to licensing board advertising rules, professional ethics on testimonials and privacy law. I follow them, and I’ll tell you when a request crosses one. I don’t add advertising pixels, session recording or chat widgets to a therapy website unless you ask in writing, and I explain the privacy risk before you do.
I won’t promise rankings. Or AI recommendations, or a full caseload. I’ll tell you what I changed and what I observed, and keep those two things separate.
I publish what I learn. My guides for therapists quote each rule and price from its source and show when they were last reviewed.
