This explains how Therapy Visibility uses information when you contact us, pay for our services, or use your client portal. Our services are for practice owners; please do not send patient records or clinical information.

When you contact us

We use your name, email address, website address and message to respond to your inquiry and discuss our services. Our contact form is processed by Web3Forms and protected against spam by hCaptcha. These providers process submission and technical information under their own privacy policies.

Payments and booking

Stripe processes payments and stores payment-method details. We receive customer, payment and subscription records so we can deliver and manage your service. Card numbers are entered on Stripe’s pages, not stored in our client portal. After we verify your design-fee payment, we pass your name and email to the Cal.com booking page to make scheduling easier. You still choose and confirm your appointment.

Your client account

We use your account and approved practice information to build your website, handle requests and provide updates. Firebase supports sign-in, Resend delivers account invitations, and Cloudflare hosts our website and portal records. Only share business information and files you are authorized to provide. Practice details approved for your website or directory are intended to be public.

How long information is kept

We keep information for responding to inquiries, providing services, maintaining business records and meeting applicable obligations. Retention depends on the information and its purpose; service providers may retain their own records under their policies. You can ask us to correct or delete information by emailing admin@therapyvisibility.com. We will explain any records we need to retain.

Service providers and your choices

Information may be processed in countries where our providers operate. You can contact us directly by email instead of using the inquiry form. For details about payment and booking providers, read Stripe’s privacy policy and Cal.com’s privacy policy.
